For years, we ran insurance agencies the way most independent agents do — with a patchwork of tools that never quite worked together. A CRM that wasn't built for insurance. A separate app for Facebook leads. Another for email campaigns. A spreadsheet for the pipeline. And a full-time effort just to keep it all from falling apart.
We watched leads go cold because follow-ups got missed. We paid for four or five platforms and still felt like we were behind. We saw AI transforming every other industry while insurance agencies were still copying and pasting lead info between tabs.
In February 2026, we stopped complaining and started building. PolicyPilot is the platform we always needed — and now it's yours too.
